Ann Van Zandt is more than a 5 star agent! She listed our investment
property that had to be completely renovated. She worked endlessly and
tiredlessly meeting contractors and getting quotes and overseeing the
entire renovation. She did it all in 3 weeks! She watched over our
vacant home and kept us informed of the market changes on a regular
bases. When the wildfires took our home,she was still there for us, even
though her own homes was under the same threat! Ann is still working
with us, getting names of clean up companies to remove the debris- while

Once upon a time my finace' and I embarked on the adventure of purchasing a home. We lived in Florida and made our decision to move to Texas, but we did not want to spend any more money on rentals. Browsing through real estate listings we came across Ann Van Zandt. We "hooked up" through the marvels of cyberspace and for the months that followed, Ann became our eyes, ears, and quite frankly our sounding board. She visited homes two and three times. Took additional pictures (to reveal what the listing itself did not show), and basically became a surrogate buyer for us. Once the prefect home was identified (after a couple of "almost-maybes"), she continued to run interference for us with documentation, bank annoyances, and other minutia that would have driven a less dedicated individual completely nuts!! When we closed, where one would assume the "deal was done" and she could go merrily on her way to pursue other clients, she again followed up on our behalf on a clerical error made by the title company allocating our home warranty insurance to a different carrier than the one we had chosen. During the entire process, we became disheartened with the banking process several times, and were seriously considering, cancelling the entire process and just waiting until we got to Texas. It was Ann's tenacity and follow-through that got us beyond those days of total frustration.
